PixelPlace is free to use. When you use it, you agree to these terms.

Rules for visitors

• Do not try to disturb a place or the visitors in it.
• Do not use automated visitors.
• Do not send too many connections or invites to a place.
• Do not try to overload, probe or break the site.

A place can refuse or disconnect a visitor who does these things.

The places

The paintings, sounds and code are made for PixelPlace. Each painting started from a photograph. The credits page gives each photograph and its license. You can take screenshots for yourself and send them to other people. Do not copy the art or the site for a different service.

No guarantee

PixelPlace is supplied as it is, and only when it is available. A place can be full, empty, changed or closed at any time. The site can stop. To the extent that the law permits, PixelPlace is not liable for a loss that comes from the use of the site, or because you cannot use it.
